Leadership

Pat Floyd – CEO /
Engineering

With over thirty‐five years in the industry, Pat has worked his way from manufacturing custom wire and cable to the design engineering and assembly of intricate and complex wire and cable harnesses and box builds. His extensive and unique knowledge base in electro‐mechanical engineering drives Paragon’s exceptional design capabilities. Pat designed and implemented Paragon’s fully bar-coded, proprietary manufacturing control system (PIMS ERP), which provides real-time data for inventory tracking and production scheduling—keeping your project on time and on budget. In his free time, Pat builds museum-quality scale models and high-powered model rockets, launching at a Level 3 certification.

Chris Stevenson –
President

Chris has been with Paragon since April 2021. He brings over 40 years of manufacturing experience—working in organizations that built finished products and contract manufacturing operations. Over his career, Chris has held roles including Assembler, Welder, Machinist, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Director of Sales. This breadth of experience gives him deep visibility into each department’s needs. Chris is a lifelong learner who continues to expand his knowledge at Paragon, sharing best practices with teammates to create a successful, positive work environment.

Nathan Townsend – Sales Manager

As a newcomer to the electronics industry when he started at Paragon, Nathan immersed himself into the world of wire and cable harnesses over the past 8–9 years. Though newer to electronics, he’s no stranger to sales—leading sales teams for over 25 years. Nathan steadily works with customers and potential customers to supply quotes, information, and clarification by teaming with the engineering and production groups to ensure an open flow of communication back to the end user. You can reach Nathan through the Paragon website (use the Contact or Quote tabs).

Our Mission & Values

Our story began in 2003 with one simple goal: bridge the gap between design intent and full-scale production. Today, we empower OEMs across aerospace, medical, industrial, and defense sectors with precision electro-mechanical assemblies guided by our core values of craftsmanship, accountability, and trust. By embedding manufacturability feedback at every design review, we help you get it right the first time—saving months of rework and ensuring on-time delivery

Our Team & Capabilities

Led by industry veterans Pat Floyd (CEO / Engineer) and Chris Stevenson (President), our leadership team brings over 40 years of design-for-manufacturability expertise. As part of BlueRock Global, we leverage direct access to world-class electronic sourcing and shared best practices across our parent company portfolio. From low-volume prototypes to high-volume production runs, our in-house engineering staff and global partner network deliver turnkey, build-to-print contract manufacturing solutions—complete with reverse engineering, custom tooling design, and 3D modeling support.

Quality & Certifications

Quality is built in from quote to final shipment. We maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485 (medical), UL 94, RoHS, and FDA registrations—ensuring every harness meets or exceeds customer specifications. Our proprietary PIMS ERP system enforces traceability, regulatory compliance, and automated audit support throughout production. Rigorous in-line inspections, continuity and hipot testing, and environmental sealing protocols guarantee that every Paragon assembly performs reliably in the field.

Peter Tran – Purchasing

Peter leads all procurement activities, sourcing components from trusted suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing. His deep vendor relationships ensure consistent material availability and quality, supporting everything from low-volume prototypes to high-volume runs.

Quality & Production

Jennifer Sundberg – Customer Service / Order Tracking

Jennifer oversees order entry, scheduling, and status reporting. As the primary liaison between customers and our production floor, she ensures timely updates on every project and resolves any logistical issues before they impact delivery.
