Troy Yates
President

Troy joined Paragon in January 2026 and brings over 35 years of engineering and manufacturing leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has worked in business units that manufacture, assemble, and inspect aircraft primary structures. He began as an apprentice, completing a ground engineer trade alongside an aerospace engineering degree. Over time, he advanced into leadership roles across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, and Supplier Recovery. As a result, he now drives integrated business strategies that improve efficiency across the entire value stream while prioritizing team development and long-term growth.

Pat Floyd
Director of Engineering

With over forty-five years in the industry, Pat has built a career spanning manufacturing, custom wire and cable, and electro-mechanical design. Over time, he transitioned from hands-on production into leading complex engineering and assembly initiatives. His expertise drives Paragon’s design capabilities, including the development of its fully bar-coded manufacturing control system (PIMS ERP). As a result, this system provides real-time visibility into inventory and production scheduling, keeping projects on time and within budget.

Roger Pangan
Director of Sales

Roger joined Paragon in 2019 and has played a key role in shaping the company’s direction. A graduate of the University of Hawai‘i’s Shidler College of Business, he brings over 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives across engineering management, manufacturing systems integration, and medical device design. In addition, he works closely with customers to align product builds with both technical requirements and business goals.

Alaura Bullock
Sale Ops Manager

Alaura manages day-to-day shop-floor operations, coordinating resources, workflows, and production scheduling. As a result, she ensures that production remains efficient, balanced, and on track. Her ability to align capacity with demand supports consistent output while maintaining quality across all builds.

Amber Clagett​
Director of Operations

Amber began her career with Paragon Manufacturing in 2005 and now serves as Director of Operations. She is known for her approachable leadership style, strong commitment to team development, and focus on building efficient, quality-driven manufacturing environments. In addition, she leads with a foundation in continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. Her certifications include IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) with Space Addendum, IPC J-STD-001 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) with Space Addendum, and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100.
