Our Community
Giving back is at the heart of Paragon’s mission. Paragon’s community involvement includes partnering with local high schools and technical colleges to sponsor STEM workshops and internship programs—nurturing the next generation of manufacturing talent. Our employees also volunteer through local Rotary Clubs. Through charitable donations and in-kind support, we bolster community health, education, and workforce development. Together, we’re not just building cable harnesses—we’re building stronger neighborhoods nationwide.
Educational Partnerships
Paragon is a long-time sponsor of the Mukilteo Schools Foundation, where we support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programs, Literacy initiatives, Classroom Grants, and Senior Scholarships. Through our STEAM partnership, in conjunction with the aerospace community, students receive hands-on experiences in science and engineering via the District’s Classroom Extension program—sparking interest in future technical careers. We also furnish age-appropriate book sets and teaching tool kits to foster a love of reading. Each year, selected high school seniors in the Mukilteo School District receive scholarship awards to promote higher education. In addition, we proudly sponsor Cascade High School Robotics (Team 4512, Otter Chaos!), enabling students to design, build, and compete on a national stage.
Local Outreach
Paragon is committed to strengthening our communities through service, which is why we support the Alderwood-Terrace Rotary Club. Rotary’s mission—“Rotary connects the world”—aligns with our values of personal integrity, fellowship, and peace-building. Through Rotary, our employees volunteer at local food banks, community events, and disaster relief efforts. We contribute to Rotary’s initiatives that promote understanding, goodwill, and professional leadership—making a tangible impact in Everett, Mukilteo, and beyond.
