Engineering
1. Does Paragon have it’s own production facilities?
Yes, Paragon features a 6,000 square foot manufacturing facility with extensive inventory.
2. How does Paragon handle tooling for all the different types of products?
Paragon uses the tools that the product manufacturer has approved. Depending on the volume, Paragon will either use hand tools or applicators designed for the crimping machines.
3. Does Paragon have its own workmanship standards? No, Paragon uses their customer's workmanship standards and falls back to the IPC-620A wire harnessing standard.
4. What is Paragon's policy on tool calibration?
Paragon keeps all its tooling and equipment calibrated per manufacture recommendations.
5. Can Paragon produce drawings or prints?
Yes. we can produce print of your assemblies with BOM's and wire lists. We can provide them in .dwg, .dxf, .vsd, and .pdf formats.
6. Do you require a print to work from?
No. As long as we understand what it is your looking for, we can take care of it.

Purchasing
1. What are your terms?
Paragon offers all their customer's terms of 2% 10, Net 30. Other terms are available upon request.
2. Do you stock JIT inventory?
Yes, Paragon does build and stock finished goods at customer's requests.
3. Does Paragon deliver?
Paragon typically uses a shipping service to get your products to you on time. However, if special delivery requirements are needed, Paragon will be happy to work out a program that meets your needs.
4. Is Paragon ISO certified?
Yes! Not only are we ISO 9001:2000 certified but we decided to go the extra mile and get our ISO 13485:2003 certification. Whether it's commercial or medical, we have the controls and processes in place to insure quality.
5. What are your production lead-times?
Our production lead-time varies based on material lead-time. Typical lead-times run two to three weeks.
6. How quickly can you turn a quote?
Most quotes are returned in 24 to 48 hours. More complicated quotes may take a bit longer but in those cases, we'll let you know when you can expect a quote back.
